Event Rules and Regulations

 

• No alcohol/ marijuana & riding.  We have a ZERO tolerance for anybody consuming alcohol or marijuana before they  use the track during event. Anybody who chooses to drink or smoke before riding WILL NOT RIDE.

• Everyone at the track must sign a waiver. This includes all riders/drivers, passengers, volunteers, and spectators. 

• DOT approved helmet for riders/drivers & passengers.

• ATV's must have safety tether.

• UTVs must have nothing less then a four point harness for both driver and passenger. Shoulder/ Lap belts are not permitted.

• Children must be supervised by their parents/guardian at all times

• ATVs must have nerf bars

• Riders and Drivers are only permitted on the track during their assigned class. 

• Please ensure all litter and recyclables are in the proper receptacles or taken out with you, violators may be rejected from future events.

• These are family atmosphere events and any un-sportsman like, aggressive or abusive behavior will NOT be tolerated and you will be removed from the event.

• Please respect and abide by all rules of the facility we are  using for our event.
